Please feel free to change stylists within the salon at your convenience. This provides you with a variety of talent and some flexibility in booking an appointment. We suggest that you use at least two or three stylists regularly so that you are always assured of knowledgeable, personalized service regardless of emergencies, vacations, illnesses or unexpected travel plans.
In the event that something is not perfect we will gladly offer you a retouch appointment. Retouch appointments are scheduled exactly like regular appointments and offered at no charge. You must contact the salon within 7 days of your original appointment and your retouch appointment must be scheduled within 14 days of your original appointment. Your appointment will be scheduled with the same stylist who performed the original service. Our stylists are committed to your service and cannot get time or product back for services rendered, therefore, NO REFUNDS are given for services.
Muse Salon and Spa Cancellation and Deposit Policy:
To protect the time, effort, and livelihood of our stylists, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full.
A 50% deposit is required at booking for your first visit. A credit card will be kept on file for all services.
The following are a few suggestions for tipping your stylists and is absolutely up to your personal discretion. Please know that the same fine services are available to you with our without gratuities:
Refund & Exchange Policy Full Refund: Products returned within 10 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, even if lightly used, as long as the majority of the product remains and it is returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Exchange Only: Products returned within 30 days of purchase are eligible for an exchange, whether new or used, as long as the product is in acceptable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note: We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if the product is excessively used or damaged.
Muse Salon and Spa requests that you remove your top garment before receiving your service. Muse Salon and Spa IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage to your clothing caused by services done. This also allows access to the neck and shoulders for an accurate haircut.
